Villa Elli consists of a ground and upper ground floors along with a first floor in a form of an attic or loft.

Interior Layout

On the ground floor there is an open plan area with the living room, the dinning area and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a piano area and the fireplace. There is also an entertainment set with a flat screen satellite TV and a game console. The gound floor also has a WC with laundry facilities. From the living room and the dining area there is access to the veranda and the pool-garden area.

On the upper ground floor there are two double bedrooms both with a double bed, the main bathroom. Both rooms have their own veranda with sitting arrangement.

The loft is a third bedroom with two single beds, closet and a private balcony. A small area but with a unique romantic decoration and cosy arrangement.

Outdoor area

The outdoor area of Villa Elli is beautifully landscaped, filled with flowers and trees, create a peaceful and relaxing haven. Also, the facilities available ensure a pleasant stay and they include:

- A 20m2 private swimming pool with ladder access. The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas for your comfort.

- A portable charcoal grill is also available allowing you to experience al fresco dining.

- A dining table under the shaded veranda for al fresco dining, so you can enjoy outdoor cooking.

- Private parking area for 2 cars.

- The villa is completely fenced and has a gated entrance, offering privacy and tranquility to our guests.
